Guidelines

  1. These alcohol, drug, and tobacco educational videos are available on loan to Vermont residents and institutions free of charge. Return postage/shipping charges are to be paid by the borrower.
  2. We require at least 5 weeks notice when receiving VADIC Clearinghouse materials. Materials may be reserved by telephone or written request. If you have more than five items to reserve please submit a written request.
  3. Return videos no later than the day following your show date. If you are instructed to mail the material on to the next person who reserved it, please do so by the date indicated on the instruction card enclosed in the mailing container.
  4. If there is damage to a video please indicate on the attendance report enclosed with the material.
  5. Rewind all tapes.
  6. If the video breaks, please put all pieces together and return with a note indicating the damage.
  7. Please make sure your video equipment is clean before using the videos.
  8. If the picture jumps or the sound is fuzzy during showing, stop the video equipment and recheck the video and equipment.
