New Directions Coalition Grants
Any coalition that has been in existence for at least two years and is ready to implement substance abuse prevention initiatives is eligible to apply.
Coalition efforts must make use of programs and strategies that have been shown to be effective in the prevention or reduction of substance use/abuse in order to qualify for funding. Awards this year range from $5,000 to $40,000. Grants require a 25% match of other funding towards the project. Letters of Intent to apply were due on Tuesday, March 15, 2005. Only those who have received approval of their Letter of Intent have been invited to submit an application.
