Distance Learning Center for Addiction Studies (DLCAS)
One of the many courses offered by the Learning Center is the "Deaf and Hard of Hearing Substance Abusers".

E-Learning Course on Co-Occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Conditions
A comprehensive (and free!) online course designed to give the participant a deeper understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions, including: understanding the terms, identifying the barriers to prevention and treatment, recovery phases and stages of change, and treatment planning.

Additional trainings for treatment professionals.

New England Institute of Addictions Studies
The Vermont Department of Health, Division of Alcohol & Drug Abuse Programs along with the Division of Health Promotion & Disease Prevention offers a limited number of scholarships each year to the New England School of Best Practices in Addiction Treatment, with priority given to people who have not received a scholarship in the prior two years.
