Communicable Disease Regulations - Name-Based HIV Reporting
Vermont regulations require the reporting of over 70 Communicable Diseases, including HIV and AIDS. As part of its implementation of Act 73 - An Act Relating to HIV Name-Based Reporting, the Department of Health is proposing a number of changes to its Communicable Disease Regulations.
