  • 2 small carrots, grated
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon fat free salad dressing (any creamy dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon non fat plain yogurt

Directions:
1. Grate the carrots into a small bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
2. Refrigerate and serve cold.
