Carrot Raisin Salad
(Serves 2)

- 2 small carrots, grated
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon fat free salad dressing (any creamy dressing)
- 1 tablespoon non fat plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Grate the carrots into a small bowl. Add the other ingredients and
mix well.
2. Refrigerate and serve cold.
