Frozen Banana-Orange
Push-Ups (Serves 6)

- 2 bananas
- 1 – 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1⁄2 cup non fat dry milk
- 1 cup plain non fat yogurt
Directions:
1. Peel bananas and slice them into a blender or the work bowl of a
food processor fitted with a metal blade.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and process until foamy.
4. Pour evenly into 6 small paper cups. Freeze.
5. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup
