Tomato and Cucumber Salad (Serves 6)

Salad Ingredients:
- 3 large tomatoes, sliced
- 2 small cucumbers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup fat free balsamic dressing
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a serving bowl and refrigerate.
2. Serve cold, can be stored overnight.
3. To provide a fat free, cholesterol free dish leave out the feta cheese.
