E-Ready: Emergency Communication Toolkit
This toolkit was created to help public health and emergency response partners plan for and respond to an array of public health emergencies - including disease outbreaks, pandemic influenza, extreme weather events, and release of biological, chemical or radiological agents.
- Information can, and should, be customized to inform about your specific agency/organization, its location, contact information, and details of the current situation.
The planning templates and checklists, fact sheets and other resources, were developed by the Vermont Department of Health, with support and information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other federal, state and local public health partners.
Emergency planning resources designed for the general public are available at our E-Ready site.
