- Evaluation of a Pilot Program: Parental Depression Screening at Well-Child Visits in Family Medicine Practices (Recorded Jan 15, 2016)
The Health Department’s Maternal and Child Health division was chosen to participate in the 2016 Harvard School of Public Health and CDC Program Evaluation Practicum. As part of the practicum, two students worked with a Vermont team to design a program evaluation. The evaluation centered around VCHIP faculty work to screen for parental depression during well-child visits in the family practice setting. This is part of MCH’s larger work to address perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
