Youth Sports Safety

Rule Number One: Athletes should always wear the right protective equipment for their activity.

With school sports in high gear, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has developed a tool kit to help coaches prevent, recognize, and manage concussions and other head injuries, and resources for parents and young athletes.
