(may be counted throughout the day) can really improve your health.
- Sixty percent of Vermont adults do not get the recommended amount of physical activity (moderate activity, 30 minutes per day).
- Twenty five percent of Vermonter adults are not active at all.
- Seventy three percent of Vermont students do not exercise moderately five or more days per week and
- Over one third (36 percent) of Vermont students spend three or more hours per school day watching TV, playing video games or playing on the computer for fun.
