Immunizations in Windham County

We work closely with families and medical practices to increase immunization rates across Windham County for infants, children, adolescents, and adults.

Immunization Clinics

We offer immunization for those lacking insurance or access. Immunization clinics are by appointment on the second Monday of every month from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at our office in Brattleboro. Our Public Health Nurse is available to answer any questions you may have about immunizations. For information on how to make an appointment, contact Megan at 802-251-2105.

For Health Care Providers

Using the Vermont’s immunization program’s quality improvement model, known as AFIX, we assist local medical practices in increasing immunization rates.  This process involves reviewing immunization rates for each medical practice using data from Vermont’s Immunization Registry.  Based on this data, we share evidence-based strategies with providers and support their implementation. Contact us if your practice would like training on the AFIX program.
