Vermont Integrated Services Initiative (VISI)

Too often people with co-occurring mental health and substance disorders do not get the help they need, leading to homelessness, incarceration, hospitalization and personal suffering.

The Vermont Integrated Services Initiative (VISI) is a program funded by the State of Vermont, to address the ways in which people with co-occurring disorders can receive timely, consistent, and effective treatment.

Agency of Human Services E-Learning Course on Co-Occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Conditions

A comprehensive online course designed to give the participant a deeper understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions including: understanding the terms, identifying the barriers to prevention and treatment, recovery phases and stages of change, and treatment planning.
