Expanding Harm Reduction through Increased Syringe Access
This webinar will discuss how health centers and other community-based organizations can expand harm reduction services by offering syringe access to participants through direct service delivery and partnership. Participants will hear from the Cherokee Nation Harm Reduction Program in Oklahoma and Migrant Health Center, Inc. in Puerto Rico, who will discuss programmatic development and implementation across a variety of strategies and settings. Participants will also have the opportunity to hear directly from consumers of syringe access programs to improve their understanding of the impact of these life-saving services.
