  • OUD status and patient goals
  • Balancing harm reduction with whole person treatment needs
  • Coordinating across MOUD settings and level of care
  • Other psychoactive substance use
  • Co-occurring mental health challenges 

• Attendee participatory facilitated case discussions in 4 smaller virtual break-out groups
