Physician and Hospital Pricing: Common Outpatient Procedures and Visits
Based upon Gross Charges and Common Procedural Terminology (CPT®) codes, which are defined as “a listing of descriptive terms and identifying codes for reporting medical services and procedures performed by physicians”.
