Vermont Healthy Schools Resource

The Vermont Healthy Schools Resource provides school teams with ideas and examples for their school wellness policies.

The Resource complements the Vermont Nutrition and Fitness Policy Guidelines, and is a valuable tool for implementing school wellness policies for nutrition, physical education and physical activity.

For each policy there is a corresponding page with:

The Healthy Schools Resource is a joint project of the Vermont Departments of Education and Health, and the Agency of Agriculture. Our thanks to everyone who contributed to this resource — providing school examples, content review, and implementation ideas.
