Gambling as a Co-Occurring Disorder
This training will review the risk for gambling problems as a co-occurring issue among individuals seeking primary treatment for substance use, mental health and medical disorders. Strategies for screening for gambling problems in these at-risk populations will be presented, and case examples will be presented to explore ways to enhance client motivation to address gambling issues and risks.
For trainings that indicate Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available, contact your licensing or certification organization to verify that the credits will count toward the continuing education requirements.
