OK Boomer! Risk and Protective Factors for Older Adults
The first wave of Baby Boomers is now entering retirement age, and for the next twenty years, the United States will have a major shift in population demographics. This webinar defines ageism and discusses the stereotyping and history of the treatment of older adults and related risk and protective factors. It also discusses the growing demographic of older adults in America, elder abuse issues, protective legislation, and the future financial situation of retirees.
