Stimulant Use Disorder
This free webinar compares the neurobiology and pharmacology of cocaine and methamphetamine, highlighting key differences in their mechanisms and effects. We'll review the updated ASAM guidelines on stimulant use disorder with an emphasis on reducing harm strategies. The session also explores the intersection of stimulant use and high-risk sexual behavior ("chemsex") and introduces evidence-based approaches to managing stimulant overamping.
