You may have general or specific goals for your organization or coalition, but without a strategic plan that accounts for your short-, intermediate- and long-term goals, it's easy to see your progress stall or be unsure where you're at in the process. This session will help you visualize how to align your goals with a strategic plan that guides you every step of the way.
