HIV 101
The New England ATTC, in partnership with The Substance Use and Mental Health Leadership Council of RI, is hosting a targeted TA webinar on HIV 101 on October 22, 2025, with subject matter expert Patricia Cioe, PhD. HIV 101 is an introductory seminar designed to provide foundational knowledge about Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Participants will learn about the biology of HIV, modes of transmission, prevention strategies, testing options, and treatment advancements. This session is for healthcare workers and behavioral health specialists seeking to better understand HIV and combat stigma through education.
