The New England ATTC in partnership with the Health Education & Training Institute is providing targeted technical assistance in "Motivational Interviewing through the Lens of Poverty" on September 24 and 25 2025 with trainers Stephen Andrew and Linda Riddell.
Join us for a life-changing conversation that looks at the client-centered, evidence-based practice of Motivational Interviewing (a style of communication rooted in compassion, collaboration, and acceptance) through the eyes of poverty, health, and oppression. Kindness can be brought into action every single day to help alleviate the suffering and shame in others. Acting with compassion skillfully is vital and most likely to be helpful.
