Please join the Vermont Department of Health, Division of Substance Use Programs, in partnership with the Vermont Cooperative for Practice Improvement & Innovation, on May 20th and 21st, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Burlington for the 2025 Vermont Substance Use Conference. This event will further collaboration, coordination, and connection throughout Vermont's substance use system of care and its many partners.
We are working to minimize barriers to attending; scholarships and overnight accommodations for May 20th can be requested when registering.
