This training will provide a comprehensive introduction to the RBA methodology and offer practical tools for improving outcomes in our community. There will also be an opportunity to attend this training virtually, and more information will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Key topics will include:
Understanding Population and Performance Accountability
Using "Turn the Curve" thinking to drive measurable improvements
Applying RBA to advance the priorities of the Prevention Lead Region 4

Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your skills and help make a positive impact in Windham, Windsor, and Bennington counties.

For more information, please visit the event website.

Additional Details:
Day 1 will cover the fundamentals of RBA, including Population and Performance Accountability, and exercises such as 'Design to Fail' to better understand common challenges.

Day 2 will focus on applying RBA concepts to real-world scenarios, specifically addressing the priorities of Region 4.
Participants will also gain insights into the 'soft skills' essential for successfully implementing RBA.

While attendance on both days is not absolutely required, it is highly recommended to get the most out of the training.

If you’re struggling to attend based on travel or accommodations, please reach out. We may be able to assist.
