Gambling as a Co-Occurring Disorder

This training will review the risk for gambling problems as a co-occurring issue among individuals with seeking primary treatment for substance use, mental health and medical disorders. Strategies for screening for gambling problems in these at risk populations will be presented and case examples will be presented to explore ways to enhance client motivation to address gambling issues and risks.
